Photography Tip- Reducing Under Eye Circles

So I thought about having a weekly post like “Tips for Photographers” but I’m not sure I have enough tips for a weekly post this will be more like an Occasional Tip for Photographers!

There are tons of different ways to get rid of under eye circles but for me I love this way of doing it!

Here a picture of beautiful Miss Lydia.

Now Lydia is gorgeous not matter what but this super fast trick will help a bit with the under eye circles.

First thing I do is duplicate the layer ( ctrl or command J if your using a mac)

Next select the move tool.

Now select Darken as your blend mode so you can see both layers.

Click on the image and then using your keypad arrows move the image up until one eye is above the other like this:

There you go,  much better!  You won’t even notice those eye circles now!

Okay seriously,

Set your blend mode back to normal and go to Layers,  Layer mask, and select hide all.

Now use a soft brush at 100% opacity to paint away your under eye circles with fresh new skin.

When you are done,  don’t forget to adjust the opacity of the layer so she doesn’t look like Barbie!
Here’s the final edit:

Thanks for hanging out with me!
